Liverpool Pride festival brings 40,000 revellers to Pier Head
Liverpool Pride festival brought the Pier Head to life with a rainbow of colour as over 35,000 people turned out to celebrate the day.
Festivities began at St George’s Plateau on Saturday when almost 3,000 people took to the streets for the Pride March.
Led by the family of murdered teenager Michael Causer, the parade made its way through the city in a blaze of sound and colour down to the Pier Head.
