Liverpool Vision is committed to improving Liverpool as a place to do business and has undertaken major business surveys to help inform, monitor and drive improvements in satisfaction.
In particular, surveys have been carried out to:
• Better understand business perceptions of Liverpool as a place in which to do business.
• Better understand drivers for and barriers to business growth.
• Track business satisfaction through a unique index for Liverpool.
Liverpool Vision would like to refresh and build on this intelligence through a further two cycles of research in 2011/12 and in 2012/13.

Consultants are invited to respond to this invitation to tender No later than 5pm 31st August 2011
Responses should be sent in a sealed envelope which does not identify the organisation submitting the tender.
