Reflection on The Waterfront: 22nd - 24th July 2011, Pier Head
Liverpool City Council is delighted to bring you Reflection on the Waterfront, three days of free spectacular events to celebrate the centenary of the Royal Liver Building and the opening of the new Museum of Liverpool, the largest newly-built national museum in Britain for more than a century.
Each night the iconic buildings will be brought to life with stunning audio and visual projections and will be accompanied by performances from Connie Lush, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, 6ix Toys and Liverpool Lantern Company. Liverpool is a city which continues to recognise its past whilst looking forward to its future and these events provide an opportunity for us all to celebrate our unique city.
