Training is the “hidden gem” in our portfolio of services which is aimed at preventing disputes in the workplace. Acas is well known for resolving disputes in the workplace and we write the Code of Practice on discipline and grievance referred to by Employment Tribunals – which make us the ideal organisation to train your managers and employees in employment relations issues.
This session is an opportunity for those who have not attended any acas training events in the past to see the type of training Acas are delivering at the moment first hand and free of charge.
Spaces limited to one person per organisation.
Business need
Acas provide practical guidance on dealing with those issues that staff managers and those who work in HR deal with on a day to day basis. It gives delegates the opportunity to explore real situations, work through practical exercises and case studies and share ideas and solutions with other delegates.
This session is your opportunity to witness Acas training first hand and free of charge.
There is no obligation – but who knows, you might find the answer to some of your organisation’s training needs!
The training is suitable for small employers and anyone responsible for commissioning training for their organisation
